The Account Coordinator will assist Account Executives (AEs) in transaction support, including: answering phone calls, cover front desk duties- assisting promotions with winners, entering orders, coordinating ad copy, following up on invoice discrepancies, responding to incoming requests, obtaining approvals/restrictions on new accounts, communicating commercial air times, and maintaining orders.

Job Responsibilities
• Review and revise orders
• Provide traffic department with instructions and spot(s)
• Provide business managers with new company request forms creating and revising advertisers, agencies, addresses, and invoicing information
• Confirm payment and send to business manager
• Coordinate approval of new copy with legal department
• Manage preemptions

Request inventory updates for Makegood Offer
Research rating point equivalent
Offer Makegoods
Follow through with AE for Makegood approval
Confirm/Process Makegood in Wide Orbit, OSI or AE inbox
• Posts and provide Pre and Post logs from and competitive figure reports from Wide Orbit and OSI
• Fill out Production requests when needed
• If AE is not available, make sure if client is on premise that all runs smoothly
• Be Event Manager when needed for Station’s big annual events
• Request copy points, logos, and/or images, and prizes from client to production and/of person in charge of social media.
• Revenue, Competitive, & Historical Reports in Wide Orbit, OSI, and Media Ocean
• Create PowerPoint recaps for clients detailing all elements delivered within 1 ½ week of event taking place
• Make sure to take shots of any digital elements for recaps
• Reconcile invoices at the end of the month for those advertisers that require notarized paperwork. Co-op process may include translations of Radio creative.
• Any various work requests by Account Executives
• Create Event trackers as requested
• Research paperwork for credit memos
• Itemize expenses for Account Executives if needed
• Print/produce Revenue Reports in Wide Orbit and OSI when needed

Required Skills & Experience
• Data entry experience
• Detail oriented & strong organizations skills
• Experience in Customer Service
• Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
• Experience in multi-tasking work environment
• Windows, Office with an emphasis on Excel proficiency

Desired Skills & Experience
• Previous advertising/media experience
• Knowledge of Wide Orbit, Matrix, Donovan
• Basic Spanish Language skills
• College degree preferred

Eligibility Requirements
• Must be willing to work from office in McAllen, TX
• Employment/education will be verified
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, type, and sit for up to (8) hours
