Job Description

Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Enterprise Sales Executive with a track record of proven success in aviation sales, to join our team. As an Account Executive at AccuFleet International, you are a creative, energetic, self-starter who understands the complex sales process. You love understanding a product in-depth and are passionate about communicating its value to customers. Always hunting for new opportunities, you must be able to close new contracts while maintaining existing accounts. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales with heavy contract negotiation skills, preferably in the aviation industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Aggressively develop and drive a sustainable commercial sales strategy across multiple customer divisions that are aligned to the agreed account goals.
Lead the development and execution of action plans to achieve identified customer outcomes for named accounts by establishing critical goals or other key performance indicators.
Demonstrate to customers how they benefit by partnering with AccuFleet International and how our services deliver results.
Analyze sales pipeline and maintain an array of opportunities to ensure that sales goals are achieved.
Actively grow and maintain a multi-year account plan that will include Marketing and Sales to ensure coordination across the business.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
3+ years of aviation sales and heavy contract negotiation experience
A consistent track record of goal attainment and overachievement in your territory
Dynamic, self-motivated, creative thinker with an appreciation of corporate goals
An exceptional communicator- someone who is articulate, confident, self-aware and personable
A road warrior! Travel is up to 75%

Able to manage multiple objectives at one time
Ability to navigate large complex organizations
Experience in dealing with large enterprise accounts as a business leader
Background in consulting or business development
Strong empathy for customers and the capability for enabling profitable growth
Proven ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
Strong executive presence
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment but occasionally includes outdoor operations environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
