Job Description

JOB TITLE: Force Protection Program Analyst III – CNIC
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Provide program, integration, and analytical support to Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Force Protection (N3AT) program including drafting policy, doctrine and oversight processes, and management planning.
• Provide services for tracking and coordinating newly assigned and outstanding task assignments using various tasking programs including TV5 and DONTRACKER.
• Provide services to prepare draft and final quality assurance reviews of N3AT correspondence and administrative staff packages.
• Provide services for computer based tracking programs and files.
• Assist CNIC N3AT in the development of metrics based reporting formats.
• Support N3AT in the development of a training solution which may include user training for N3AT administrative tools and programs.
• Support N3AT in drafting instructions and policy for the management and utilization of N3AT administrative tools and programs. This may also include drafting a quality assurance program to ensure system and data integrity.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance and US Citizen.
• Bachelors Degree and two (2) years of work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
• Possess knowledge of Navy Force Protection, Antiterrorism, Law Enforcement and Physical Security Program requirements, concepts, methodology and training to ensure the identification and promulgation of an effective program for force protection administrative support of the N3AT mission.
• Practical experience in Navy Force Protection, Antiterrorism, Law Enforcement and Physical Security.
• Experience drafting, finalizing, and proofreading Navy correspondence and policy documents.
• Experience developing training programs.
• Experience as an MS Sharepoint Site Administrator.
