HR Administration:
• Maintain firmwide personnel files, maintaining strict confidentiality of all employee records and information
• Maintain and update applicant tracking reports and files Human Resources/HRIS systems
• Responsible for data entry and audits related to the hiring, termination and status changes of employees.
• Verify new hire information
• Create, organize and maintain files for all employees, verifying that all information is accurate, current and complete while maintaining strick confidentiality of all employee records and information.
• Maintain and update firmwide personnel listings.
Recruiting:
• Assist with updating job descriptions
• Assist with screening and sorting incoming resumes and applications; maintain applicant files and assist with status reports
• Assist with scheduling of phone and in-office interviews, communicating with candidates via email and phone
• Create and maintain sample letter/email file
• Attend selected college recruiting fairs;
• Coordinate promotional items and firm information for distribution to candidates
General:
• Assist with HR documentation preparation
• Assist with HR-sponsored events

Education:
• Bachelor degree, Masters degree preferred
Experience:
• HR experience in a similar professional environment
Required Skills and Abilities:
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to compose grammatically correct correspondence/emails
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to multi-task to manage workload in fast-paced environment
• Ability to gether data, compile information and prepare reports
• Ability to use independent judgment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to analyze data
• Must be a self-starter
• Must exhibit strong interpersonal skills and patience to maintain effective relationships with co-workers, employees and potential candidates
