Job Description

Are you an experienced Maintenance Worker with the ability to perform a range of maintenance tasks? Do you enjoy working in a collaborative environment? What we’re looking for:
• An experienced maintenance worker with good people skills, logical reasoning abilities, and is well organized and accountable.
• Someone who is prepared to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work unsupervised, and can complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• A seasoned professional capable of coordinating projects with vendors, operations, and Corporate Facilities; who will keep work areas clean and safe; and who has the ability to use maintenance trade equipment and tools.
What you’ll do:
• Provide a clean and safe environment for the patients and staff on the grounds year around.
• Maintain clean buildings, grounds and specified equipment.
• Perform and document safety inspections on building systems.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Five years’ experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Current Washington State driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance liability coverage. First Aid within 3 months of employment.
