Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: In this role, you will conduct investigative research and interviews via outbound calls. You will update, gather and verify information, as well as conduct quality control activities and enter data into a database. This position requires an extensive amount of phone usage, as well as the ability to utilize critical thinking skills to investigate the information provided by interviewees. Candidates with backgrounds in collections, market research, detective work, and telemarketing, as well as backgrounds in the industrial manufacturing industry are encouraged to apply.

Essential Functions Statements
* Conduct surveys and collect data using methods such as phone interviews,internet research techniques and review of industry publications.
* Review, classify, and record survey data in preparation for computer analysis and client usage.
* Perform data entry into database and other clerical work as required for task completion.
* Collaborate with other researchers to implement and complete survey research.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: One to two years related experience conducting outbound calls
Computer Skills: One or more years experience with technology including computer systems is required. The ability to quickly learn new software is required. Prior work experience in database entry work is preferred.
Other Requirements: One or more years experience using the phone as a business tool required, preferably completing outbound phone calls.
Other Physical Requirements: Vision (Near) & Sense of Sound (Conduct Phone Interviews)
Work Environment: General office environment with favorable lighting and temperature, no hazardous or unpleasant conditions.
