PAY:
60K + Commission
POSITION TYPE:
Full Time
SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time position. It will require at least and often exceeding 40 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
*Must be at least 18 years of age
*Speak and understand English (Spanish a plus)
*Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, 10-year background check (criminal/employment) and be able to obtain airport security clearance
*Must have a VALID Driver’s License for at least 1 full year with a clean driving record. (License cannot have any restrictions; such as LOFTS or Probationary status and cannot have any suspensions and/or any moving violation offenses in the last 3 years)
*Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business communications, or equivalent work experience with 3-5 years of sales administration preferably in aviation, business administration, or customer service related experience.
*Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills through logical thinking.
*Excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and strong team player.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY:
*The ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.
*The ability to use mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, etc.).
*Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communication, office systems, and record keeping
*Skills to use a personal computer and various software packages.
*Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
*Strong interpersonal skills to interact well with multiple departments as required.
*Knowledge of principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination and execution.
*Self-starter and have the ability to use time management skills to maximize daily production.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Develop and analyze data from multiple sources to support actual sales contract performance and determine win-loss baselines to support pricing/sales decisions and/or eliminate bid/pricing risks.
*Find new opportunities to maximize revenue generation and performance capabilities, while minimizing costs and operational deficiencies.
*Have a deep understanding of marketing and extremely strong analytical skills to analyze the complete lead generation/sales cycle and report results.
*Execute strategic marketing plans that can be tracked on a consistent basis.
*Launch and manage weekly campaigns using digital, print media and marketing automation
*Monitor airline and other related industries events and trends to determine alternate revenue generating streams.
*Quality review, risk identification and recommendation to management for bids.
*Verify that all major projects are being bid and delivered in accordance with documented business practices and procedures.
*Demonstrate high comfort level in presenting and attending face to face meetings with our customer, sales prospects and management team to ensure proposals are presented intelligently, accurately, and competitively.
*Identify, process and analyze data to establish accurate win/loss baselines.
*Prepare all assigned daily, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
*Establish, develop and deliver ongoing financial analysis of contract performance results.
*Prepare various PowerPoint presentations and graphical charts for management reports on a regular basis.
*Social media marketing and strategy as well as thorough understanding of social network algorithms.
*Paid media (Facebook, Instagram, & YouTube advertising)
*Latest trends in website design and experience in overseeing web strategy and management.
*Editing and cutting photos and videos and make visual content under tight deadlines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
*Frequently required to sit, occasionally required to climb or balance, and stoop, knee, crouch or crawl.
*Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and rarely lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
*Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
*This job operates in a professional office environment, but occasionally includes outdoor operations environment.
*This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
*While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
*The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
TRAVEL:
*50-75% travel possible
