PLEASE NOTE: Paid training will be conducted in Mexico City for 10 days. Candidates will be provided with travel, lodging, and meals.

$12.00

SCHEDULE: 
Flexible availability is a must, including; nights, full weekends and holidays 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
*BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH/SPANISH – REQUIRED
*Qualified applicants will have at least 1-2 years of Ticket Agent and/or Call Center Customer Service experience – REQUIRED
*Must be at least 18 years of age
*Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, 10-year background check (criminal/employment) and be able to obtain an airport security clearance
*Excellent Customer Service Skills
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
*Airline Ticket Agents are responsible for providing excellent customer service, ticketing and those activities related to boarding and deplaning passengers at the ticket counter, passenger gate or baggage areas
*MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH/SPANISH
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
*Work is primarily performed indoors, in an airport environment; which is exposed to elevated noise levels
